You will assist in the full life cycle of various web-based applications. This includes development of business requirements and program specs; database design and implementation; creation and maintenance of database and web applications; the development, execution, and analysis of test plans; as well as being able to develop in a RAD environment while taking ownership of various processes and procedures.

Your background and interests include programming languages like PHP, SQL, Ajax, Java, Flash/AS3, Flex (desired). You will assist in the research and procurement of state and federal contracts pertaining to software development; responding to strategic and task order proposals from inception to delivery is vital.  You must have excellent writing, communication, and time management skills, as well as exceptional organizational skills.  You should have at least 3 years of governmental procurement experience.  Less experience can be substituted with a combination of a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 1 year procurement experience.

You are an innovative, creative thinker with experience driving projects across multiple mediums including print, web/interactive, signage, environmental design, and photo/video.  You must have experience with web design applications and CS2-4, and knowledge of HTML, XML, and ASP.NET is a plus.
